River Thames, Goring Lock is on the west side of Goring, just north of the B4009 High Street as it crosses the river towards Streatley. Access is via a short footpath to the High Street.
Fishing is allowed on a short stretch of the lock island, facing the weir, and also on a longer stretch of the Thames east bank immediately south of the High Street which runs down to the vicinity of Ferry Lane. RG8 9AE.
