Location

River Wey Old Woking lies downstream of the A247 Send Road to the south of Old Woking, near to St Peters Church (GU22 9JF). Fishing is permitted on both banks. On the south bank it starts nearer the A247, and runs until the river joins Broadmead Cut. On the north bank the fishing runs on to the north bank of the Wey Navigation and on to the B367 Newark Lane.

Pumphouse Lake is a fishing water based on Apps Court Farm which is on the north side of Hurst Road (A3050) as it heads out of Walton towards Molesey. The lake is due north of the point where the A3050 meets the B369. KT12 2EG.

Details

The Navigation runs through rural scenery along this stretch, with Broadford on its east bank as it makes its way from Peasmarsh down towards Shalford Park. Around the midway of this stretch the waterway goes under Broadford Road, a short distance from the Parrot Inn, Shalford, GU4 8DW.

Here the Navigation is flanked by the A3100 to the west and the A281 to the east.

River Wey, Weybridge fishery is adjacent to Addlestone Road / Bridge Road. This stretch is south of the bridge (upstream), on the west bank. Accessed from a private road (wey Meadows. KT13 8XY ) that runs south off Addlestone Road by Town Lock.
