River Thames, Benson Lock is on the south west side of Benson village, and north of Wallingford. Access is via a short footpath to a side road in Benson with a private car park.
Fishing is allowed on a short stretch of the south bank of the lock island, known as the breakwater, on the weir side only. OX10 6SL.
