Location
Theale lies in central Berkshire, and is located to the west of Reading. It is just west of Junction 12 of the M4. RG7 5BZ.

River fishing around Theale is available courtesy of the River Kennet, while canal angling is provided by the Kennet & Avon Canal; angling on both waterways is on a season ticket basis.
Fly fishing in the Theale area is supplied by Barn Elms Fly Fishery to the north of the town, and also at Haywards Farm just south of the railway station.
