This part of the river is located in Dorking. It starts in the north adjacent to the A24 in the vicinity of Longbury Wood, to the north of Box Hill School. Both sides are available as far south as the second railway bridge (the Norbury Park stretch) then only the east bank as far south as the London Road. Most of the River Mole on the east bank from Burford Bridge Hotel to the vicinity of Puddenhole Lake is included, and also a small stretch of the west bank around Castlefields Lake, and another on that bank opposite Burford Bridge Hotel.
