Description


Abbey Lake is a large gravel pit in north Surrey offering pike angling and carp angling at Chertsey. The depth goes down to 20+ feet in some places. The lake is tree-lined and has no island. Fishing is permitted all year round and night fishing is allowed.

Abbey Lake lies north of Chertsey is situated just east of the A320 Staines Road, on the north side of the M3. West of Ferry Lane with the Abbey River running along the west bank.
