Location
River Thames, Lower Shiplake lies south and south east of Lower Shiplake itself. Angling is on the north bank of the Thames and is permitted upstream of the lock for a few hundred yards, and also downstream of the railway bridge as far as the Henley Sailing Club. Lower Shiplake is sited south of Henley and north east of Caversham in south Oxfordshire. RG9 3LY
