River Whitewater, Riseley Mill is a short stretch of shallow river supplying coarse and game angling via season ticket in south Berkshire. The venue holds trout and fishing for them is allowed from April to September; furthermore the venue holds chub, barbel, and other coarse species. Location
River Whitewater, Riseley Mill lies just upstream of the confluence with the River Blackwater, around Riseley Mill near Wellington Country Park to the south east of Risely Village. RG7 1XU. Parking is in the Mill Road public car park. Angling is permitted on the west bank only and runs from approximately 100 yards downstream of the mill and down to just short of the road bridge.
