Description

The pond holds a few small islands, and is mainly surrounded by grassy banks. At the west end there is a boating pool – this is strictly out of bounds for angling.

Heron Pond Location
Heron Pond is located within the famous royal Bushy Park, on the east side of Chestnut Avenue, to the north east of Diana Fountain. This is the central of three lakes that run across the eastern part of the park. KT8 9BN. The lake is not far from a major car park.
