Location

Sevenoaks is a large conurbation in north west Kent, lying in the Darent valley close to the interchange between the M25 and M26.
TN13 1LQ.

Angler amenities

A stretch of the Darent in Sevenoaks offers river angling on a season ticket for chub, roach, and perch.

Sevenoaks Wildlife Reserve is a large complex of lakes in the town where angling is permitted on four of the waters. Specimen carp, tench, pike and bream are present.

Longford Little Lake to the north west of the town offers season ticket angling for carp, tench, bream, rudd, roach, and crucians. The adjacent Longford Big Lake is a very large still-water holding double figure tench, carp to 40lb+, and pike to the mid-20s.

To the west of Sevenoaks lies the Combe Bank Fisheries which offers coarse angling and large carp fishing via day ticket in Sundridge. Carp, tench, bream, roach and perch are all present.

Montreal Park Ponds in western Sevenoaks offer season ticket angling for carp, tench, bream, rudd, roach and crucians.

Sevenoaks has a fishing tackle shop in the north of the town – Kent Angling Centre at 4 Seal Rd, Sevenoaks TN14 5AR.

Sevenoaks has many supermarkets to stock up for fishing trips. The main supermarkets are in the north of the town. A Tesco is based on the north west at Aisher Way, Riverhead, Sevenoaks TN13 2QS. The north east of the town has a Sainsbury’s at Otford Rd, Sevenoaks TN14 5EG and a nearby ALDI at Otford Rd, Sevenoaks TN14 5EG.
