Combe Bank Lake is a large still-water split by a long promontory which divides the water into two distinctly different halves. The venue offers coarse angling and large carp fishing via day ticket in Sundridge. Carp, tench, bream, roach and perch are all present and depths vary from two feet to eight feet. Combe Bank Lake is of part of the Combe Bank Fisheries which is in west Kent. The venue lies north of Sundridge village, to the west of Sevenoaks, on the south side of the M25 near J5. Access is from the west side of Combebank Drive, Sundridge, Sevenoaks, Kent TN14 6AE.
