Angling in Slough

The town of Slough sits in the north eastern corner of Berkshire, just north of the Thames. SL1 1EA. Close by much angling is available at Maidenhead, Windsor and Horton. In Slough itself, fishing is provided solely by the Slough Arm of the Grand Union Canal. Just north of the town lies Black Park Lake fishing venue, in Buckinghamshire.

Angling Direct has a fishing tackle shop at 26 Buckingham Ave, Slough SL1 4QA.

Slough holds various supermarkets for stocking up for fishing trips.  In the town centre there is Morrisons Local at 222-224 High Street, Slough SL1 1JS, and near to the station a Tesco Extra at Wellington St, Slough SL1 1XW. Just east of the town centre there is large Sainsbury’s at Uxbridge Road, Slough, Berkshire SL1 1SW, on the junction of the A4 and the A412.

On the south east side of Slough there is a Co-op at  238-240 Trelawney Ave, Slough SL3 7UD. and a Tesco Express on the A4 at 80-82 London Rd, Slough SL3 7HR.

In the north of Slough there is a Lidl at 360-, 362 Farnham Rd, Slough SL2 1BT, and a Co-op at 252 Scafell Rd, Slough SL2 1TZ in the north west.
