Fishing in Maidenhead
Maidenhead is a large town in east Berkshire, west of Slough, south of Cookham, with the River Thames to its east and the M4 to its south. SL6 1QU.
River fishing is available courtesy of the Thames, while a series of fisheries to the south of the town offer lake fishing for carp, catfish, and general coarse fish.

Maidenhead no longer has a fishing tackle shop. There are two nearby fishing tackle shops: to the south of Maidenhead is Maidenhead Angling Supplies at New Farm Fishery, Drift Road, Maidenhead SL6 3ST, and to the east Angling Direct has a fishing tackle shop at 26 Buckingham Ave, Slough SL1 4QA.
Maidenhead is home to several chain supermarkets where an angler can stock up for fishing trips. Sainsbury’s is present at Providence Place SL6 8AG. Tesco has an outlet at 65 Nicholsons Lane SL6 1LL. On the west side of the town lies a Budgens at 9-13 Highway Avenue SL6 5AG.
