Location
This stretch of the Oxford Canal starts at bridge 216 Enslow Bridge (A4095 Station Road) on the west side of Enslow village, and runs down though Bakers Lock, under the railway at bridge 217A, through Shipton Lock, then heads west to the next railway bridge (bridge 219A) and into Shipton-on-Cherwell, swinging south under bridge 220 and onto the Thrupp Moorings near Shipton Manor.
