Location
This stretch of the Kennet and Avon Canal is also part of the River Kennet and is close to the centre of Reading, between Coley and Whitley. Waterloo Meadows is a council controlled park just south east of the meeting point of the A4 and A33. Just west of Elgar Road. RG2 0BN.
