Details

The Navigation passes mainly through green fields as it traverses the distance from Catteshall to Peasmarsh where Unstead Lock is sited. It is shadowed to the north west by the A3100 which is not far off, and is intersected by two pubic footpaths. One of these starts from the A3100 opposite Broadwater Lake and runs across to the Navigation which it then runs along until Tilthams Corner Road; the other runs from the A3100 over a small bridge that crosses the Navigation on the edge of Catteshall.
