Details

This stretch runs from Burpham Court Farm Park, around Sutton Park, skirting the A3 at one point, and down to Bowers Lock where Send lies to the east and Sutton Green to the west.

Fishing is on the north bank only down to Broad Oak Bridge (where the river splits). Angling is not allowed alongside the wide track, but is allowed once the river swings north east on the west bank up to just beyond the next footbridge. On the east bank angling is permitted upstream of Triggs Lock until about halfway between Broad Oak Bridge and the next footbridge downstream.
