Along much of this stretch the Wey feeds and shadows the Godalming to Guildford stretch of the Wey Navigation which GAS also control the fishing rights to.

The River Wey (including the Navigation) from Catteshall Lock to Guildford Rowing Club (GU1 3XL) adjacent to the A281 at Great Quarry, in south Guildford, north of Shalford Park. Running past Shalford and Peasmarsh.
