Description
Fordbridge Road Old Bathing Station is a short stretch of river supplying free coarse angling. Here the river is split by Wheatley’s Eyot and the current is slow, fed by the overflow from the weir at the upstream point of the island. The far bank has overhanging trees, and the bankside is concrete.

Location
This stretch of the River Thames is sited on the west wide of Old Sunbury, on the south side of Fordbridge Road. Access is via a small park known as the Old Bathing Station, and a pay and display car park is present; nearby side roads provide some opportunities for free parking. TW16 6BT.
