Ruislip is a Middlesex conurbation to the west of Harrow and north of Uxbridge, lying in the north of the county. HA4 8TW.

There is no fishing tackle shop in Ruislip, but to the west in nearby Harefield there is a one at Harefield Tackle, 2-4 High St, Harefield UB9 6BU. Additionally, there is another tackle shop in Wembley to the east of Ruislip which is Woodys of Wembley at 565 High Road, Wembley HA0 2DW.
There are several supermarkets in Ruislip to stock up for a fishing trip. There is a Waitrose at 9 Kingsend, Ruislip, Middlesex HA4 7DS (near Ruislip Tube station), and a large Sainsburys in South Ruislip at Long Dr, Ruislip HA4 0HQ.
