Appledore to Ruckinge: Royal Military Canal is a stretch of rural canal supplying coarse angling via season ticket. Cinque Ports Angling Society has access to the eastern part of the fishery, from Johnsons Cor bridge at Hamstreet eastward.

Location

The Appledore to Ruckinge: Royal Military Canal angling venue lies in the south of Kent, to the west of Hythe. The fishery begins just south of Appledore village (TN26 2DA) and runs north east past Kenardington and Warehorne where it turns east, runs under the A2070, past Hamstreet village to the north, and on to Ruckinge village (TN26 2NU).
