Location
Gravesend is a town on the south of the Thames estuary in northern Kent, close to the A2 between Rochester and Dartford. DA12 1BE.

The Blue Lake offers season ticket angling in Gravesend, including big carp fishing. Four rods are permitted and the venue holds carp to over thirty pounds.
To the east of Gravesend, around Shorne and Thong, a series of lakes supply pleasure and specimen fishing.
The still-waters at Shorne Country Park contain crucians, rudd, roach, perch, tench and carp.
