The Basingstoke Canal Angling Association has been for many years the fishing club with rights to the Canal. Membership was obtained directly from the club, or via membership of the numerous angling clubs who were affiliated.
In 2024 it has been announced that the BCAA will be selling tickets directly, and no longer via angling clubs.
