Fishing in Newbury

Angling guide for Newbury and surrounding areas including Speen, Woodspeen and Donnington.
Newbury is in west Berkshire, west of Reading and south of the M4. It lies in the Kennet valley. RG14 5AU.
Fishing in Newbury is dominated by the Lambourn and Kennet Rivers, and the Kennet & Avon Canal.
The Lambourn offers fly fishing around Newbury on day and season ticket and a lake at Donnington Grove provides trout fishing.
The canal and River Kennet supply river fishing around Newbury and are controlled by angling clubs so fishing is by season ticket only and complies with the usual coarse season.
