Shepperton sits on the north side of the Thames to the west of Sunbury and to the east of Chertsey. TW17 9AU. The town lies between the Thames and the M3 in south Middlesex.

Shepperton Lock offers river fishing on a season ticket on the Thames, while trout fishing is supplied on the western edge of the town at Halliford Mere. Specimen carp angling is available on season ticket to the north of the town at Nutty Lane and also to the west at Sheep Walk / Ellis Water. Syndicate specimen carp fishing is offered at Siddys to the north of Shepperton.
