TVAA and the National Trust have not restricted the use of bloodworm or joker on this stretch.
This stretch sees the Wey Navigation flow down from New Haw along to the south of Addlestone, providing fishing options along the entire east bank.
Popular angling swims are opposite the outflow by the White Hart.
Parking is also available around New Haw Lock, particularly suitable is a dead end that runs off the west side of Byfleet Road just east of the lock.
